Tracy Spiridakos

Tracy Spiridakos, a Canadian actress from Canada. She appeared in the Teletoon children’s comedy series Majority Rules as Becky Richards. From 2009 until 2010. Between 2009 and 2010, she appeared as Charlotte Matheson (Charlie) on the NBC series Revolution in the post-apocalyptic sci-fi series. She was nominated to an Saturn Award as Best Actress on Television. She played Annika Johnson on the A&E television show Bates Motel. Spiridakos was a part of the cast as Detective Hailey Upton in the television show Bates from A&E. Motel. in the role of Detective Hailey Upton. Spiridakos was the daughter of restaurant owners George Spiridakos and George Spiridakos, and George Spiridakos, both of whom were born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She has two brothers. When she was born her family moved to Skala, Greece, south of Sparta. They returned to Canada in 1992. She strongly feels that she is a part of her Greek heritage, and she is fluent in Greek. Spiridakos began acting when she was in junior high school. She then attended the Actors Training Centre of Manitoba. In 2000, she graduated Oak Park High School in Winnipeg. Spiridakos relocated to Vancouver in 2007 to pursue acting and within a couple of weeks, she had her first TV role, a small part on Supernatural. She continued to appear on television, with walk-on roles on Bionic Woman, The L Word, Hellcats, and Psych. Spiridakos played in the TV movie Goblin and also in the web-based television series Mortal Kombat: Legacy. Spiridakos appeared on Being Human as the werewolf Brynn McCLean. In 2009 she was cast as her first lead role in the role of Becky Richards, a 15-year-old girl on Canadian Teletoon's Majority Rules! She made her debut as a feature film in the year 2011 by starring in Rise of the Planet of the Apes which she also directed the low-budget MichaelGreenspan-helmed horror, Kill for Me, featuring Donal Logue and Katie Cassidy. Spiridakos appeared as Sammi in the 2012 Nickelodeon original movie, Rags. The character of Charlotte Matheson, a survivalist living in a post-apocalyptic future civilization, was her main character in the NBC television show Revolution. She auditioned for the part when she attended her first pilot season in Los Angeles. Spiridakos shot the pilot in Atlanta and then filmed the pilot in Wilmington, North Carolina. For her performance on the pilot, she was nominated to the Saturn Award for Best Actress on television. She lost out to Anna Torv from Fringe's The Good Place. The second season was recorded in Austin, Texas.
