Elizabeth Leigh Vassey

American actress Elizabeth Leigh Vassey, born on August 9, 1972, is an American. She played the role as Emily Ann Sago on the television show All My Children, Captain Liberty in the 2001 TV series The Tick as well as Wendy Simms on the television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Nikki Beaumont is the web-based show Nikki & Nora. Vassey played the role of a teenage Emily Ann Sago on the soap drama All My Children from 1988 until 1991. Vassey acted as a recurring character on the TV show Tru Calling from 2004 to 2005 as Dr. Carrie Allen. Vassey was Wendy Simms' recurring role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation from 2005 until the year 2010. Starting with the tenth season, Vassey was promoted to a regular cast member , and began appearing in the opening credits of the show. Entertainment Weekly reported June 1 the 1st of June, 2010 that Vassey was not returning for the show's 11th season. Vassey was guest on one episode of that season. Vassey married David Emmerichs who is a camera operator. In 2002, Vassey founded Neurosis to T(ee) that sells slogan-covered T-shirts for women. The slogans play on female worries and neuroses which often have to do with relationships.
